Why do we choose Scentsy?
In 2010, my husband and I welcomed our first child.. I was working a full-time accounting job that took me away from home upwards of 70 hours some weeks – during busy season… It was exhausting! There were weeks where I would wake up before my son and come home from work after he was already in bed. I found Scentsy in 2011 at a Fall Festival in our town… I bought the Scentsy Taro Plug-in warmer and 3 Scentsy Bars of Festival of Trees (now called Winter Pine!) My house, when I was home, smelled incredible! I never thought much of it from that point until a friend of mine posted her join link on Facebook.. I clicked it and joined. No rhyme, no reason, just jumped!
I slowly fell in love. Scentsy was “Easy.” It was a consumable product that I didn’t have to convince anyone they needed. I simply shared how awesome my house smelled – I raved about the scents I loved – and people were buying it! I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t realize at the time what I had in front of me.
A few months later I met a Scentsy Director online. I never realized the compensation plan was built with REAL people until I met her! She was a stay-at-home-mom because of Scentsy! The lightbulb turned on… it turned WAY on. You mean, worn out, overworked, and part-time mom, me has a way out? A way out of the rat race and all I have to do is share my love for Scentsy? Done. Over the next couple of years I shared and I shared and my business grew and it grew and today? I’m now a work-at-home Scentsy mom. My accounting job is long gone. Baby number two only knows a life in which she sees her mom every single day, all day. Living my life by design. Being a mom first and a business woman second. Replacing my income by defining my own worth – not letting anyone else define it for me. Becoming ME! That’s why we choose Scentsy!
